Accommodation Rates

  • Accommodation Rates : (Per Tharu hut Per Night for Indians) at Motipur - INR 4900/- for Double Occupancy & INR 4400/- for Single Occupancy
    • Dormirory of 6 beds (Per Dormirory Per Night for Indians) INR 10800/- and
    (Per Dormirory Per Night for Foreigners) INR 33000/-
  • Inclusive:
    Welcome Drink & Break Fast.
    Entry Fee in the Sanctuary Per Person/Trip for Indians - Rs. 300/-
    Entry Fee in the Sanctuary Per Person/Trip for Foreigners - Rs. 2500/-
  • 1 children up to 6years is free without extra bed
  • The Check-In and Check-Out Timings are as follows.
    Check-in time - 1 P.M, Check out time – 11 A.M
  • Extra Bed charges (Maximum one per room) for third person - Rs. 1500 per night for Indians and Rs. 2000 for Foreigners of Room Rent. In no case, more than three persons would be allowed to stay in one room , except children as per the details given above.
  • Taxes if any shall be charged separately and collected at the time of checkout.

Reservation

Cancellation Policy – 1. If Cancellation is done before 11 days from Check in date then 100% of Amount will be refunded.
2. If Cancellation is done between 10 to 4 days from Check in date then 75% of Amount will be refunded.
3. If Cancellation is done between 3 and less days before Check in date then No Amount will be refunded.
4. If Cancellation is done after the last date of the month of booking then GST will not refunded otherwise deducted as policy given above.

Also, in case of failed bookings when the money has been deducted, the entire amount shall be refunded to the same account. The user is also advised to send an email giving details for such deductions to

Terms & Conditions –

  • Remember that this is your eco visit so don't expect modern facilities like A.C. , T.V. , WiFi etc.
  • Power Supply for fan and electricity is subject to the availability of Power and Solar Light Condition.
  • Tarrif will be admissible on the date of the visit as per the government rate.

Other Charges

Since the sanctuary is a protected area under management of UP Forest department, the entry/visit by the visitors inside is regulated by the forest department. Accordingly, the rules made in this regard are to be strictly adhered. Following entry fees are charged by the forest department, which has been included in the room tariff.

The personal vehicles of visitors are not allowed inside the sanctuary for safari visits by the forest department. These visits are to be made by registered vehicles (Gypsies), for which the charges are payable extra. These gypsies are available on hire at Motipur.
